These Terms of Service apply to the public informational website at mytrackplus.org. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

This website provides general information about MyTrack+. It is separate from the MyTrack+ research platform, does not provide access to a research study, and does not establish a researcher-participant, healthcare-provider-patient, or other professional relationship.

Participation in a research study is governed by that study's approved materials and any terms presented through the study, not by this public website alone.

Content and permitted use

Website text, organization, graphics, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable rights. You may access the website and print or download discrete portions for personal, educational, or non-commercial research use, provided that notices and attributions remain intact.

Materials identified with a separate license are governed by that license. Viewing or downloading website content does not transfer ownership of it.

Prohibited use
