Who to contact
- If you are in a study
- Your research team. They hold your participant record: joining, your participant ID or access code, linking or unlinking your connected health device account, the weekly feedback messages, and withdrawing. Use the contact details in the study materials they gave you — the Ruiz HCI Lab does not hold participant records for studies run by other teams and cannot act on those requests on your behalf.
- If you run research
- The Ruiz HCI Lab. Research teams considering MyTrack+ for a study are welcome to get in touch. It helps to include the kind of study you are planning, the data you expect to collect from participants' devices, and your timeline. Read the Ruiz HCI Lab project page for the MyTrack+ research platform.
