Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

The Ruiz Human-Computer Interaction Lab is committed to providing a MyTrack+ website that people with disabilities can use. Accessibility is considered throughout design, implementation, content review, and release validation.

Conformance target

This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Compatible improvements from WCAG 2.2 are also applied where practical.

A conformance target describes the standard used to design and evaluate the website. Automated results do not constitute certification of WCAG or Americans with Disabilities Act conformance, and automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier.

Method

The release evaluation will combine a Siteimprove automated scan, keyboard-only testing, a screen-reader pass, manual contrast and reflow checks, and W3C HTML validation across all five routes.

The placeholder date and planned-method wording above will be replaced with the actual evaluation date, tools, assistive technology, and results before release.

Known limitations

No accessibility limitations are currently documented. Launch validation is not yet complete, so this is not a claim that no barriers exist. Any unresolved finding will be described here before release, together with an available alternative or planned remediation when possible.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need website information in another format, email mytrackplus@ruizlab.org. Include the page address, a description of the problem, and your preferred contact method if you are comfortable doing so.

The Ruiz HCI Lab will acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.

Statement updates

This statement will be updated after each formal evaluation and when a material accessibility limitation or remediation changes. The Last Updated field will identify the effective version.
